Training and Support

We believe training and support is an important component when it comes to implementing a new system.  That's why we provide learning options to fit every user and team.  People learn in different ways and to meet those needs, we provide a variety of training options that shorten the startup time, grow with you and promote long-term adoption.  We want you and your users to be knowledgeable and successful from the start.

Help and support includes:

  • Online Training customized and tailored for your organization

  • Onsite Training, provides a hands-on, classroom style training environment to reach the maximum number of users in an interactive learning environment

  • In-House Training at our corporate office, a working get-away located just 7 miles from the beach

  • Monthly online open-training sessions where we take an in-depth look at one subject.  We include Q & A with regard to that topic and then open the forum to any and all questions.  This is a place users come to get questions answered live and on the spot.  Check your email for the next scheduled session.

  • Help Desk/ticketed support submit your questions and have them answered by a help desk support professional.  Please allow up to 24 hours 

  • FAQs a searchable compilation of frequently asked questions found in the online knowledge base

  • Weekly and monthly subscriber emails sent to all users with updates, new features and user tips

  • Online searchable knowledge base including on-demand videos that cover all the functionality and features to make using the system to the fullest, easy.

  • Pre-recorded Online Trainings, access 24/7 to full pre-recorded training sessions available on-demand, anytime.
